Datterinis are a variety of tomatoes with amazing bunches of elongated shapes, they are tiny and they have the sweetest taste. They have an extremely thin peel of a beautiful vibrant red color.

Our mission is to bring in your delicacy the taste of the summer with a unique sweet sauce. Datterinis are inserted raw in the jar and then covered in fresh sauce. They are not processed in order to totally maintein their characteristics and their intense flavour.

They are used in cuisine in a number of ways: as a fresh sauce to season your pasta or amazing spaghettis, for gourmet pizzas, meat and fish.
